Included Services

  • Welcome service . We will wait you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive ,morning or evening . We will help you explaining the house and the use of everything . A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining of how to go and what to see depend on your likes . Shops ,restaurants ,museums ,beaches, roads , villages and many other attractions will be explained to you . In the villa you can find a booklet with some places of interest and more useful instructions made from us, enriched every year .
  • All expenses and taxes of Villa Georgia for the stay time are included in price.
  • Heated pool  up to 30 degrees is included on price for months April, May, October.
  • Full air-conditioning in all villas rooms . Cooling or Heating mode for winter reservations.
  • Free Wi-Fi , Netflix, electricity , hot water,air-conditioning cooling or heating, woods for the fireplace on winter reservations .
  • A welcome pack . Upon arrival some basic goods will await you in the villa .
  • Cleaning service is offered every three or four days . All indoor and outdoor spaces of the villa will be cleaned specially . We are flexible about your preferred morning time for the service and will be discussed with you on arrival. Trimming  of the grass and garden care will take place if needed .
  • Linen change . Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh .Pool towels are also changed in cleaning day. 

NOT Included Services

  • Private transfer from/to airports and ports. From wherever you arrive, we can provide a private van with driver for you , your family and friends to bring you to Villa Georgia .Upon departure, we can provide you the same private van to take you to your selected airport or port .We can also book for you a private car or van with driver to take you around the Crete Coast and to the destinations of your choice. .
  • Car or Van rentals
  • Central heating on winter reservations . The fee for the central heating is 250 euro/week .
  • Pre-arrival grocery shopping . Just send us your list and everything will be waiting you at the villa fresh and shopped same day .
  • Boat trip. The best way to visit and see Chania North or South Coast is by private boat. We can arrange you a private excursion and tour of the coast and islands with a rib boat or even with a yacht .
  • Cultural visits in all Cretan places of interest and archeological places, with qualified guides .
  • Sailing in the gulf of Chania with skipper specialist .
  • Diving excursions or Diving lessons of all levels .
  • Taste Special Cretan or Greek foods just cooked for you . If you want to taste the real and unique Mediterranean foods don’t hesitate to order us from a list of special plates ready to serve, cooked for you in the villa or not by Cretan cooker and taste the difference that you can’t find nowhere
